Why Google Sites?

Google (sites.google.com) now offer users the opportunity to setup their own personal site which sits on their server. They include a set of templates and Google features such as the Google Calendar and Google Map which can be incorporated into your website.

Why does WindowBox Design use Google Sites? – £650

We can incorporate a bespoke design into their editable system.
Their backend system allows users to update and maintain their site without a need for HTML/Web development knowledge.
The big thing for us.. they host your site for FREE so the only yearly cost you have is for your domain name!

Why WordPress

WordPress (http://wordpress.org/) is a free and open source blog publishing application. It can easily be modified to enable the management of an entire website allowing users to update and expand their site without a need for HTML/Web development knowledge.
